Company sales

  • Preparation of the company for the sale process (legal due diligence, ownership structure audit, risk analysis).

Completed projects

  • We advised SoftwareMill on its merger with VirtusLab, a portfolio company of Aquiline Capital Partners. Our support included due diligence, tax structure and transaction documentation. After the completion of the transaction, we carried out post-merger activities and continue to work with the group.

  • We advised Panda Group on the sale of a 51% stake to Fabrity Group's Fabrity Holding. The DSK team was responsible for preparing and negotiating the transaction documentation (SPA, SHA, collateral, corporate documentation).

  • We represented Primetric in its acquisition by BigTime. The DSK team was responsible for the tax structure and the preparation and negotiation of the transaction documentation.

  • We advised Unimot S.A. on the acquisition of Partner4Sky (now Unimot Aviation). The DSK team prepared and negotiated the full transaction documentation and represented the client before the ERO.

  • We advised the founders of Qrtag on the sale of shares to Polskie ePłatności. The DSK team provided support at all stages of the transaction - from due diligence to closing. The transaction enabled the development of the Loyalty Club brand and expansion of Qrtag's operations.
