Completed projects

  • Legal and engineering services for two road construction contracts, with a total work value of PLN 895 million, for a leading company in the field of road and railroad construction (a company with Spanish capital).

  • Provided investor supervision services for the implementation of more than 20 contracts for the construction of sections of expressways and highways. The value of the works involved in the supervised projects ranged from PLN 110 to 800 million.

  • Cooperation in the implementation of three contracts for the construction of expressways with a total work value of PLN 862 million. The contractor for the works was one of the largest European construction groups (Italian capital), implementing in Poland m. in. Road, bridge and railroad investments. Lawyers, engineers and cost estimators from the DSK team were involved in the work.

  • Litigation and settlement with the public procurer under a rebus sic stantibus claim, allowing the client to save approximately PLN 80 million. Our client was a leader in the construction market, belonging to a Spanish capital group, implementing cubic, energy, industrial, infrastructure investments.

  • DSK lawyers have become part of the team executing contracts for the expansion of the offshore and onshore parts of the liquefied natural gas regasification terminal. The contractor for the works - one of the largest construction companies in Poland, part of an international group based in Austria - is executing contracts with a total value of about PLN 1.7 billion.

  • Concept development, preparation and litigation against the State Treasury. The case involved claims for additional payment to a contractor in connection with a road project worth approximately PLN 400 million. We represented the interests of a large company with Spanish capital.
