Primetric is a software company developing a SaaS tool for employee occupancy management and financial performance planning. Its services are used by more than 17,000 in the European market. users from fifteen countries.
BigTime, meanwhile, is the leading time tracking, project management, invoicing and payment platform in the United States.
The merging companies will jointly, based on their software, create complementary Professional Services Automation (PSA) software for small and medium-sized service companies around the world. After the merger, the two platforms will reach more than 100,000. users in more than 2,800 service companies worldwide.
Our advisory services included the comprehensive execution of the transaction, including the preparation of the tax structure of the transaction and the preparation and negotiation of the transaction documentation: the sales agreement and the shareholders’ agreement.
