  • We have successfully completed numerous IP Box implementations for programming companies. We have obtained tax savings for our clients by using 5% rate and recovery of overpaid income tax.

  • For one of Polish software houses, with 300+ employees, we have implemented a project involving IP Box relief implementation – PIT / CIT / solidarity tax refund, resulting in tax savings of PLN 1.2 million per year.

  • We have implemented a complex transfer pricing project for a group of the sanitary engineering sector (over 30 affiliates). Our works comprised developing a transfer pricing policy and preparing tax documentation.

  • We have drawn up incentive programmes for managerial staff for a leading Polish software house. We have been asked to present and have successfully implemented a tax- and business effective programme.
