Unimot acquired Partner4Sky in April 2023. Our lawyers advised on the transaction process.

Unimot S.A. is an independent fuel and energy group. Since 2016, the company has been a member of the AVIA International association, making it the first Polish company to be granted the right to build and develop the AVIA fuel station network in Poland and Ukraine.

Partner4Sky, which already operates under the name Unimot Aviation, was established in 2020 following the exit of the only independent aviation fuel operator from the Polish market. In August 2021, after receiving the necessary permits and licenses, it began its first refueling operations at Krakow and Katowice airports. In January 2022, it focused on developing the sale of JET A jet fuel outside airports under the control of the Civil Aviation Authority, suspending passenger aviation operations.

Today, Unimot Aviation supplies aviation fuel to companies and individuals with helicopters and small aircraft. It also plans to expand its services and is considering a return to the passenger aviation industry.

The DSK team, consisting of Kinga Nowak, Piotr Rygorowicz, Natalia Cieplińska and Jan Pabiszczak, representing the Buyer in the transaction, prepared and negotiated all transaction documents, starting with the Investment Agreement and ending with the proceedings before the President of the Energy Regulatory Authority.
