The talk is about what leadership is and how a leader can be effective in the world of artificial intelligence: making AI real, using the natural aptitude of the younger generation, taking care of their integrity. The latter is impossible without proper self-awareness – Michal Jackowski tells of his path from law studies, through business studies in France to conclusions that, despite his high competence, he did not fully understand himself. Among other reasons, this is why he decided to attend the Leadership Psychology Academy. During the talk, he shares his experience with APP, which is an MBA-level post-graduate course developed by Jack Santorski along with associates of the Values_ Group team.
