- Dominik is a legal counselor with experience in negotiating and developing common positions in contentious situations, especially in projects requiring the cooperation of multiple parties
- Specializes in analyzing legal risks and building solutions to reach agreements – including in difficult and complex cases
- Among other things, he served as contract administrator for construction projects, where he was responsible for overseeing compliance of activities with contractual provisions, coordination of formal and legal aspects of the project and ongoing support in resolving executive disputes
- He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the John Paul II Catholic University in Lublin and completed his legal advisor’s apprenticeship at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Lublin
