- Katarzyna supports companies in the automotive, construction and publishing industries – advising them on their ongoing operations
- Represents and supports clients in proceedings before common courts, law enforcement authorities, administrative courts, public administration bodies and the Financial Ombudsman
- Experienced in criminal cases, personal injury lawsuits and proceedings against financial institutions in connection with unauthorized payment transactions
- Before joining DSK, she worked with a law firm specializing in litigation, particularly in the areas of criminal law, intellectual property law, and personal rights protection.
- Kasia is a doctoral student at the Doctoral School of Social Sciences at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, where she is preparing her doctoral thesis in criminal law, dedicated to the institution of extended confiscation
- In connection with her developing research career, she is a participant in an international project funded by the National Science Center, entitled “Extended confiscation and its justification in the light of fundamental rights and general principles of European Union law”.
- She involves in legal project management activities – especially those related to legal advocacy and universal design; confidently undertakes pro bono work
- A law graduate from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Adam Mickiewicz University. in Poznań, completed her apprenticeship at the ORA in Poznań

- Representation of a client in a precedent-setting case against a pension authority that ended with a declaration of the unconstitutionality of the regulations under which pension and disability benefits were reduced
- Representation of a client in a case against one of the largest financial market players regarding liability for unauthorized payment transactions
