Largest car dealer in Poland

We have provided legal assistance in the M&A procedure (transaction value of more than PLN 0.5 billion), support of further expansion (mergers and acquisitions) and day-to-day tax, legal and debt collection advisory services to a new entity, which is a leading passenger car dealer.
One of the leading software houses

We have implemented a project involving an IP Box relief for a Polish software house, with 300+ employees – PIT / CIT / solidarity tax refund, resulting in tax savings of PLN 1.2 million per year.
Computer hardware distributor

We have been involved in the rehabilitation procedure, we have provided tax and legal advisory services, we have worked, as far debt management is concerned, with a computer sector leader having an extensive network for the sale of computer hardware, household appliances and consumer electronics.
One of the largest construction companies in Poland

As a part of the contract implementation team, we are involved in works concerning the expansion of the sea and land part of the LNG re-gasification terminal. Total value of four contracts: about PLN 1.7 billion.
Road construction leader

We have provided legal and engineering assistance regarding two road construction contracts with a total value of PLN 895 million. We have implemented projects for a company with Spanish capital – a leading construction company specialising in road and railway projects.
One of the largest European construction groups

We have worked together in implementation of three expressway construction contracts with a total value of PLN 862 million. Works were requested by a company with Italian capital, which is involved in implementation of e.g. road, bridge and railway projects in Poland. Our lawyers, engineers and cost estimators were involved in contract-related services.
Case won before EUIPO

Our IP specialists have successfully represented a UK company in a case involving its trademark rights before the European Union Intellectual Property Office in Alicante. We have won a precedent case concerning bad faith of our client’s business partner and its hostile takeover of a brand.

Our approach to work

Agility

We work with agility. To operate effectively and flexibly, we have implemented agile legal project management, which comprises: (1) cloud document management system, (2) project management system, (3) management system for working time of the lawyer, the client and the project, (4) communication system, and (5) feedback system.

Flexibility

We ensure continuous interaction with clients and within the team. This allows us to maintain quality and quick pace of work, get to know the client and the changing environment all the time and respond to unexpected changes. We ask questions, receive feedback and adapt solutions.

Quick response

In our work we rely on continuous and multichannel client access to communication with us – to this end, we use tools facilitating communication. We are available on Slack, we use shared documents, we manage projects in ASANA. We offer solutions tailored to clients’ requirements and technological preferences.

In cloud

We use paperless solutions as far as possible. We work in cloud and we avoid sending documents by email and unnecessary versioning. This improves communication, speed of action and protects data.

Multidisciplinarity

We work as members of a multidisciplinary team rather than external contractors in a legal case. We provide clients of the construction sector with integrated legal and engineering services. Combination of both specialties speeds up the procedures (cost estimates, time schedules, claims) and improves effectiveness of our activities.

Innovation
