We would like to invite you to a training course on legal project management, organised under the patronage of “Rzeczpospolita” daily and addressed to innovative lawyers.
A workshop meeting devoted to project tools for lawyers will be held on 10 May 2022. Michał Jackowski and Marcin Nowakowski will present methods that help manage their own and their team’s productivity and efficiency.
During the training:
- you will see and test tools used and tested by lawyer-practitioners in project management
- learn how the Agile methodology can be applied to the work of a lawyer and when it is worth doing it?
- get to know a style of working that is based on multidisciplinary teams and therefore more creative (inspired by design methods) and more client-focused (centred around people and their needs)
The meeting will take place online, from 10 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. It is organised by ‘Rzeczpospolita Conferences’.
