- He provides support at all stages of the transaction process – from conducting legal due diligence, to preparing and negotiating transaction documentation (including SPA/APA, R&W and SHA), to advising on post-trade responsibilities
- He provides comprehensive services for reorganization processes of companies, including mergers, demergers and reconversions, both domestic and cross-border
- Advises on corporate disputes, representing partners both at the pre-litigation stage and in court proceedings, particularly in cases involving company exits and property conflicts between partners
- He gained experience at one of the Big Four (Big4) firms and leading law firms in Poznan
- He is a legal advisor to the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Poznań and a graduate of law at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań
Selected experiences
- Comprehensive legal advice on the sale of shares in companies operating in the sectors of contract manufacturing for the maritime industry, the pharmaceutical industry and insurance services (loss adjustment), among others,
- Participation in negotiating an investment agreement for a group of food companies with an institutional investor,
- Support in the implementation of reorganization processes in capital groups operating in the food, TSL, energy, manufacturing and insurance industries (including the area of claims settlement),
- Handling cases involving ownership disputes, especially those related to the exit of a shareholder from companies in the hospitality and retail (shopping malls) sectors.
