- Marta specializes in construction law, public procurement and legal services for business entities. She is an attorney with extensive experience, gained through cooperation with leading Poznań law firms
- She has extensive expertise in handling tender proceedings, both on the part of the Ordering Party and Contractors. She prepares appeals to the National Appeal Chamber and represents clients before the National Appeal Chamber. Her practice also includes conducting court cases in the field of construction law and providing legal services in the field of civil, commercial, economic, and labor law
- Throughout her legal career to date, Marta has advised clients in the construction, real estate, and energy industries, as well as in higher education and local government. Her experience includes preparing and analyzing commercial contracts, conducting negotiations, and drafting legal opinions. She also handles cases related to transmission easements
- Marta is a graduate of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, where she completed her law studies, as well as two postgraduate programs: in public procurement law (Adam Mickiewicz University) and in the investment and construction process (Lazarski University in Warsaw). Since 2018, she has been a member of the District Bar Council in Poznań
