– FIDIC-based infrastructure (road, rail) and hydraulic engineering contracts - Handles such matters as claims, amendments, contractual problems, settlements, and working with subcontractors
- He is engaged in consulting in the course of commercial construction projects (including volume, industrial). Provides support at all stages of operations: investment planning, administrative procedures, obtaining financing, contract negotiations, implementation, dispute resolution and also in the field of taxes in the construction industry
- Conducts DD analysis of real estate
- Creates and negotiates contracts – including those related to the construction process (design, works, subcontractors), RES and day-to-day operations of entrepreneurs
- Develops analyses and concepts for conducting commercial cubic investments, RES
- Provides legal support to developers
- Provides for the conception and conduct of litigation and arbitration (ADR) disputes
