  • Establishment and ongoing corporate and transactional services of an alternative investment fund with public and quasi-public entities with an initial capitalization of PLN 100 million
  • Advising and preparing transaction documents and negotiating the terms and conditions of the CVC fund’s venture capital investment (co-investment with three other VC funds) in a Polish leader in robotics for a total amount of PLN 11 million – Participating in projects on. License applications before the FSC (including for the establishment of a national payment institution)
