- Consulting in the course of broadly defined construction investments (including cubic investments) – direct and ongoing support for contractors, contracting authorities and contract engineers in the course of public procurement – infrastructure contracts (including roads, rail, design), including those based on FIDIC
- Consulting in the course of widely understood construction investments (including cubic capacity)
- Development of real estate due diligence,
- Creation and negotiation of contracts, especially those related to the construction process (design, construction works, services, supplies)
- Supporting developers by creating development documentation, including in particular prospectuses and agreements (including booking, preliminary, development and sales agreements)
