    • analysis and clarification of the provisions of the ToR
    • Analysis and opinion of model contracts for the award of public contracts
    • Preparation of consortium agreements and subcontracts
    • Preparation of appeals to the NAC and accessions to pending procurement proceedings
    • Preparation of bids in public procurement proceedings, correspondence with the contracting authority
  • Experienced in reviewing and negotiating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, as well as submitting claims to the Contracting Authority
  • Provides support in corporate matters as well as business and labor law cases
  • Graduate of law at the University of Lodz, completed postgraduate studies in public procurement law and European Union funds – also at the University of Lodz
  • Privately – interested in the literature of the interwar period, enjoys traveling in Asia and is learning the Korean language

  • Legal supervision of investments: ” Construction of the bypass of Gostyn in the course of national road 12″, Construction of the state archive in Bydgoszcz”, ” Construction of the bypass of the city of Trzciel”. In particular: reviewing claims of Contractors submitted under yellow FIDIC, drafting Engineer’s Orders and Change Orders, participating in construction councils and technical meetings, meetings with the Ordering Parties, reviewing contracts and annexes
