- She is a law graduate from the Faculty of Law at the Adam Mickiewicz University. Graduated from legal training at OIRP Poznań and postgraduate studies in restructuring and bankruptcy law at the Faculty of Law of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań

- Preparation of bankruptcy petitions for a company and a non-business individual, as well as petitions for the opening of arrangement and sanitation proceedings
- Conduct due diligence on the company in the legal area for the investor
- Obtaining a European order for payment in proceedings before a Slovak court
- Supporting the client in litigation with the insurance company ending with the recovery of funds accumulated in the account wrongfully deducted due to withdrawal from the contract
- Legal analysis of the impact of a change in the ownership structure of a company with the participation of a local government unit on implemented EU projects and contracts for the entrustment of tasks in the field of municipal management
