- He began his legal career by working at a law firm in Poznań, where he gained experience, in particular by representing a leading insurance company in litigation related to its insurance business and environmental law disputes. During his internship at the Legal Office of the City of Poznań, he supported legal advisors in the legal supervision of the enforcement of the Authority’s receivables, cooperating in the conduct of court proceedings and subsequent enforcement proceedings

- Conducting hundreds of litigations on the side of a leading insurance company and managing the risk of litigation, conducting dozens of settlement negotiations and achieving consensual resolution of disputes
- Utilize the experience gained in serving the Insurance Company in precedent-setting disputes of automotive entities and individual customers against Insurance Companies
- Carry out and supervise the processes of transformation and liquidation of commercial companies
- Representation of clients in corporate and directors’ liability disputes
