- Supporting one of Poland’s IoT industry leaders in a winning dispute with a patent troll in the US
- Lead the rebranding of 3 different client competitors using identical signage in the IT industry
- Fighting baseless claims blocking the sale of electric scooters across Europe
- Supporting a Swedish DIY chain in successfully invalidating the trademarks of a Polish competitor
- Negotiating a multi-million dollar implementation agreement for an innovative ‘smart home’ solution for the entire Polish market with a corporate contractor from China
