- Agnieszka specializes in handling construction investments and infrastructure contracts, based on the regime of public procurement law and concluded using FIDIC contractual conditions
- Provides ongoing legal advice in the course of public procurement and in the course of commercial construction investments, including the preparation of legal letters and opinions in the fields of civil law, construction law, administrative law and public procurement law, among others, as well as performing legal audits
- Prepares, reviews and negotiates contracts, including those related to the construction process (design work, construction works, design-build contracts, supplies and services) and others related to the activities of entrepreneurs
- Represents clients before courts, procedural authorities and in mediation, especially in disputes on the line of subcontractor-contractor-principal
- Agnieszka is a graduate of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, where she completed her legal studies. Since 2015, she has been a member of the Wielkopolska Bar Association in Poznan;
- She gained professional experience in law firms specializing in business services, construction processes and public procurement
- Privately – a lover of dogs and Italian culture. In her free time, she travels, learns Italian and listens to film music
