On June 19 this year, the XII Congress on Polish Infrastructure, organized by the TOR Economic Advisory Team, took place. DSK Law Firm was a partner, and our experts from the investment services team participated as panelists and speakers.
Jedrzej Witaszczak participated in a debate on digitization and the use of AI in construction. In his speech, he highlighted the problem of massive data loss in the construction industry due to inadequate information processing and collection. He emphasized that this is a serious challenge requiring action to improve the efficiency and quality of construction projects. Jedrzej also discussed how the construction industry can become significantly more attractive to young talent through the use of AI. He noted that artificial intelligence can free professionals from cumbersome and tedious tasks, such as data processing and completion, allowing them to focus on the creative aspects of construction.
Marta Dziewulska gave a talk on artificial intelligence in construction. She outlined a vision for conducting an AI-based investment process. Through examples, she demonstrated that traditional work methods are often time-consuming, requiring manual data processing and report generation. AI can streamline work, provide greater accuracy, and free up time and resources, allowing more attention to be directed to the “human” dimension of the construction process.
At DSK Law Firm, we specialize in construction industry consulting, innovation, and management. Among other things, we are working to adapt the AnyLawyer tool to the needs of the construction market.
