The cooperation began with a risk analysis in connection with potential patent infringement claims of a major competitor from the German market.
In the course of the work, our team of lawyers and patent attorneys completed key technical studies. Close cooperation with the Client’s R&D and product departments made it possible to develop a completely new solution, the patent purity of which was confirmed by the Freedom to Operate study performed for more than a dozen jurisdictions around the world. The Client’s solution has already been filed for patent protection.
In addition, in order to comprehensively safeguard the client’s interests when launching a new product series on the market, the DSK team has filed dozens of industrial design applications.
