Piotr Rygorowicz of DSK Law Firm’s corporate and IT law team advised the client – one of the global leaders in the polymer manufacturing industry – in a transaction involving the sale of a property with manufacturing uses. The volume of transactions amounted to tens of millions of zlotys.
The transaction was preceded by a full technical and legal audit and the undertaking of a number of complex steps to synchronize business expectations, not only with regard to the local use of the subject of the investment, but also with regard to the long-term business goals of both parties, also with a global dimension.
Given the previous, long-standing cooperation between the parties to the transaction and the specialized purpose of the subject of the sale, in addition to establishing the terms of the sale itself, it was also necessary to establish and properly formalize the manner of management of the joint property and the manner in which the parties would carry out mutually provided specialized services. This, too, was a complete success.
